managers.

• Creation of a database of potential customers
• Phoning of some customers
• Organization of the business trips : bookings of hotels, cars, flights…
2. Office administration
• Answering and transferring phone calls
• Reception of visitors at the office
• Management of leaves, timings and expenses forms of the employees
• Handling suppliers, orders etc …
3. Director assistance
• Payments and cheques
• Accountancy (Monthly bases )
• Follow up with suppliers
• Follow up of the client’s invoicing
