|What is IFAN?|
The IFAN network will stimulate a real dialogue between the experienced members of IFAN and the new ones who just came back from France in order to join our efforts to enlarge the big community of fans of IFAN sharing a common love and enthusiasm for bilateral cooperation between our two countries.
Interaction between the organizers, the moderators and the members will stimulate the network and give the wish for those who still don’t know France or India to join the community. This network has been launched last year in February 2007 by the French Embassy, the launch of its website on the 26 of January 2008, in the framework of the visit of the French President of the French Republic M. On the occasion of the !FAN Foundation congress and the centenary celebrations of the ESSEC, and in view of thee numerous partnerships between institutes such as the ESIGELEC, Ecoles des Mines , N+I University of Paris Dauphine, University Lyon 3 , Sciences-Po and several reputed Indian partners in the perspective of the creation of an Indo French consortium of universities we hope that by such measures the !Fan community will get larger. This network, will allow its members to be informed, to be aware, to be concerned by different announcements about academic, scientific and cultural events and jobs issues for their career .We welcome on this occasion the IFTA (Indo French Technical Association) members who are a remarkable part of this network.
