| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
| 1) |
Assisting the Managing Director & Management: |
| |

Preparation of budget of the Company project |
| |
 |
Preparation of financial proposal to clients |
| |
 |
Agenda preparation for Clients, Guests & Employees. Booking tickets for traveling & hotels reservations, cars etc |
| |
 |
Dealing with the Clients, sub-contractors, vendors & suppliers |
| |
 |
Keeping a record of courier, emails & telephone calls. |
| |

Office administration & HR |
| |
 |
Organizing Office rules, regulations & administrative work. |
| |
 |
Arranging the files & maintaining a proper record of each. |
| |
 |
Follow up stationery, inventories & new purchase orders. |
| |
 |
Taking proper action on the breakdown related to all the administrative work. |
| |
 |
Keeping a record of billing & travel expenses. |
| |
 |
Keeping a record of contract with the Services Company including services & Price negotiation. |

Accounting |
| |
 |
Preparation of financial proposal to clients and Ensuring that work and payment is done accordingly |

 |
Preparation of Budget proposal and ensuring follow-up. |
| |

Collecting & verifying billing, expenses & traveling expenses related to office charges and making payments accordingly. |

 |
Coordination with internal accountant. |
