GENERAL PROFILE
  arrow B.com honours Degree.
  arrow Minimum 2 years of experience in Office Administration & Accounting.
  arrow Excellent communication in English, Hindi.
  arrow Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet, & basic computer hardware & software knowledge.
  arrow Able to establish budget of various projects
  arrow Knowledge of general office machines, Blackberry, telephone system fax & courier.
  arrow Proven ability to work individually & in a team.
  arrow High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
  arrow Passionate for work, energetic, flexible, trustworthy & hard working.
     
REPORTING
  Hierarchy: MD, Associate Management and Head of Administration
  Functional: You will have to coordinate with the Clients, sub-contractors, Dealers, Suppliers & Vendors in France & in India as per Management requirement
     
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Assisting the Managing Director & Management:
  arrow Preparation of budget of the Company project
  arrow Preparation of financial proposal to clients
  arrow Agenda preparation for Clients, Guests & Employees. Booking tickets for traveling & hotels reservations, cars etc
  arrow Dealing with the Clients, sub-contractors, vendors & suppliers
  arrow Keeping a record of courier, emails & telephone calls.
     
2) Office administration & HR
  arrow Organizing Office rules, regulations & administrative work.
  arrow Arranging the files & maintaining a proper record of each.
  arrow Follow up stationery, inventories & new purchase orders.
  arrow Taking proper action on the breakdown related to all the administrative work.
  arrow Keeping a record of billing & travel expenses.
  arrow Keeping a record of contract with the Services Company including services & Price negotiation.
     
3) Accounting
  arrow Preparation of financial proposal to clients and Ensuring that work and payment is done accordingly
  arrow Preparation of Budget proposal and ensuring follow-up.
  arrow Collecting & verifying billing, expenses & traveling expenses related to office charges and making payments accordingly.
  arrow Coordination with internal accountant.
